Don’t underestimate the power of natural sunshine! ☀️ Why do you think so many animals in nature lay out of the sun? It’s because the sun has his healing properties. Not only do you get a much needed those vitamin D the sun always seems to give you a bit of energy like solar panels that’s why all nature thrives in sunlight. In the summer try opening blinds and cracking windows to let fresh air and sunlight in your house take time to sit by a window to absorb sunshine in the winter or you can go outside for a brisk walk on a nice day trust me you’ll feel better after! If you happen to plant a fresh garden next to your window you get to enjoy great fresh smells in the spring time.
Start out this new year right by looking for new signs! New signs are all around you everywhere you look And if you aren’t seeing any you aren’t looking hard enough. Introduce new signs into to your surroundings and get a different perspective on things. If things i’m not doing so good at work look for signs to make them better or signs of better opportunity. Or try to introduce a happy sign into your work environment could be something as silly as a cat that says hang in there. If things are not going good in your love life look for signs to make them better look for the sign then it’s finally time to move on. Sometimes buying or receiving a sign that says I love you, it’s self can be a sign !

I absolutely love working with in building furniture out of pallets! Not only is it cheap or free resource for materials but it has a great texture and aesthetic quality that it’s hard to reproduce. I hunt for pallets behind large industrial warehouses and if you ask somebody they would likely give them for free and help you load them! With a little time and energy make sure the material is dry clean of all nails and debris and you could use them in all sorts of home projects to add a unique feel to any room. This is a custom project we did for a customer almost completely out of of cycle pallets! A huge accent wall a custom barn door entertainment center and matching coffee table turned out sweet!
How important is sleep? If you’re anything like me even asking yourself that question a lot more lately. I recently made it my 2023 New Year’s resolution to get better sleep. I’ve been pushing off getting a new mattress forever and I finally decided to bite the bullet and let me tell you I should’ve done it forever ago! If you toss and turn get restless sleep or wake up still feeling tired try a new mattress! Course I had to build my own custom floating frame to go with it 😎
